When should I arrive?

We kindly ask that you arrive on time and no earlier than 5:00 PM, as the gates will not be open before then.

Is there a hotel block for guests?

There’s no reserved room block. Guests should book their own accommodation directly. We recommend Chesford Grange Hotel Kenilworth, CV8 2LD.

Is there parking available at Stoneleigh Abbey?

Yes, there’s free on-site parking for guests.

How do I find the parking area?

Follow signs for "Parking" inside the estate.

Will the reception be indoors or outdoors?

The reception is mainly indoors, with some outdoor areas for mingling and photos on the beautiful grounds.

What should I wear?

Dress is formal, think elegant and smart!

Will food be served?

Absolutely. A full three course meal will be provided, along with drinks, followed by coffee and tea to round off the evening.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?

Unfortunately, there is no specific catering for individual dietary requirements or allergens. If you have a serious allergy, we recommend planning ahead.

How do I RSVP?

Please RSVP by July 15th using the form on this website. We kindly ask for your confirmation, as entry to the venue requires a confirmed RSVP.
